The Gaming Van can be hired out for a minimum of 1 hour and is available for 60 or 90 minutes of gaming fun!

* A £50 Deposit is required to secure your party date and time, and the remaining balance is due 48 hours before the party.
Weddings and Events
Wow guests at your wedding, give your local Club/Scout group a treat or have the Battle Ready Gaming Van at the local fair, whatever the occasion people of all ages can enjoy some gaming action the van has to offer. Please fill out the Booking Form and we shall tailor a quote to suite your occasion or alternatively get in touch via e-mail or phone to discuss any queries.

Areas covered inside the green circle are included in the standard price. Don’t worry if you are outside the green circle, the Battle Ready Gaming Van may still cover your area but may be subject to additional travel costs. Please use the Booking Form to obtain a quote.
Once a Booking Form has been submitted you should receive either a quote or invoice within 24 hours confirming availability and price. We hold the agreed date and time for 24 hours from sending you the invoice and secure it once the £50 deposit has been paid. Payment details are included on the invoice – we accept bank transfer, card payment and cash.

Each console is connected to a gaming monitor capable of displaying vibrant HDR colours whilst delivering smooth, high frame rates thanks to Freesync making the most of these powerful consoles.
Fancy dipping your toes into the Virtual World? We now have a Quest 2 ‘Virtual Reality’ headset where players will need to hold on tight as they are catapulted down a high-speed rollercoaster in ‘Coaster Combat’ or take to the skies and try their hands at being a pilot in ‘Ultra Wings’. Alternatively bring your favourite games to life with the VR versions of Roblox and Among Us!!
